Review:
Paula and I shared the Bruschetta which was absolutely delicious and something I will be making myself. However, we were both a little hungryer than we thought. We debated on getting another order of Bruschetta but ultimately decided to try another item from their menu and ordered the Brewery Beer-Cheese Bread. The bread was light and airy allowing the beer cheese to soak into all the nooks and crannies, it was really good.
I enjoyed all of the beers, especially the Brown and Red Ales, so I got both in Crowlers to go.
If you come to Dunsmuir to check out the Hedge Creek Falls and Mossbrae Falls stop by Dunsmuir Brewery Works for a cold one and a bite.
Cheers,
Chris
