Chimichurri Eggs

 Chimichurri Eggs 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tablespoons chimichurri
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch of red pepper flakes

Preparation:

Heat a medium 12” Nonstick Fry Pan over medium heat. Once hot, spread the chimichurri in a thin layer across the skillet.

When the chimichurri is warm, crack the eggs into the pan. Season each egg with a pinch pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook the eggs for 4 to 5 minutes or until the whites are set and no longer translucent.

Serve Chimichurri Eggs as a topper for avocado toast.
