Classic Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Classic Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large head iceberg lettuce the outer leaves removed, cut into 2 wedges
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onions
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

 

Preparation:

Place each wedge of lettuce on a small salad plate. Spoon the blue cheese dressing over each wedge. Add the tomatoes, onions, bacon, crumbled blue cheese on top and season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Enjoy immediately.
