Duck Confit Grilled Cheese

 Duck Confit Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2-3 slices white cheddar
  • 1 leg duck confit, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Preparation:

Spread 1 side of 2 slices unsalted butter. Set one slice, butter side down, on griddle or skillet. Top bread with half of cheese slices and the shredded duck. Top with remaining cheese, then remaining bread.

Duck Confit Grilled Cheese

Cook on low heat until bottom sides are golden brown, 6-8 minutes. Carefully turn sandwiches over. Cook until other side is golden brown and cheese is melted, 4-6 minutes.

Remove from heat. Cut & serve.
