Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 ounce) package Pioneer® French Dip Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef or London broil (deli or homemade)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 French rolls, split lengthwise

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Open the French rolls and lay out on a Baking Sheet – 9.6″ x 13” . Toast in over for a few minutes.

Prepare the Pioneer® French Dip Au Jus Gravy Mix according to package directions. Place the roast beef in the au jus and warm for 3 minutes.

Arrange the meat on the French rolls and top each roll with 2 slices of provolone.

Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese just begins to melt.

Serve the sandwiches with small bowls of the warm au jus for dipping.
