Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri

 

Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken leg quarters (or 4 chicken thighs)
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chimichurri

 

Preparation:

Trim the chicken and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat up the grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grill grates before placing the marinated chicken thighs about an inch or two apart. Grill the chicken thighs for about 5-6 minutes on each side, flipping once. The internal temperature of cooked chicken should reach 165 degrees F.

Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri

Serve immediately with the chimichurri sauce as a topping.
